Who we've helped

An architecture and engineering firm in Los Angeles, and a social-impact nonprofit. Two organizations with almost nothing in common, and the same underlying problem: hours going into work a computer should have been doing.

Founder, CM Peck Inc — Architecture, Structural, Civil · Los Angeles

CM Peck Inc is an established architecture, structural and civil engineering firm. Like most firms its size, the time that had to be captured for billing was scattered across the tools the team already used, and getting it into one place at the end of the week was its own job.

We built Chris an automated time tracking app that saves his team hours every week by putting everything they need to enter time in one place. Nobody had to change how they worked to use it.

Founder, Quetzalli Zephyr · Social-impact nonprofit

Quetzalli Zephyr is a social-impact nonprofit working to foster early childhood attachment. Quarterly reporting and invoicing were eating time that belonged to the mission, and the existing process had enough friction that it was easy to put off.

We streamlined the reporting and invoicing into a single app her team actually likes using — which is the part that makes it stick.

“FPFuel understood the time tracking tool we needed and created a stable dynamic solution. Communication was seamless and execution efficient. My non-profit is really benefiting from the hours that have been freed up to use our brain space and creativity for our mission.”
