Data deletion

You can ask Fuel the Fire LLC to delete the data we hold about you at any time, including the data our Meta app, Fuel Ads Demo, received when you connected a Facebook account. Any of these three ways works.

1. Disconnect in the app

On the Ads page of the app you connected, choose Disconnect next to your Meta connection. This removes the app's permissions at Meta and deletes your access token and your lists of ad accounts and Pages from our systems immediately.

2. Remove the app on Facebook

  1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings.
  2. Open Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
  3. Find Fuel Ads Demo and choose Remove.

The app can no longer reach your account once it is removed.

3. Email us

Email contact@fuelthefirellc.com with the subject "Data deletion request." Include the email address you signed in with, or your Facebook name. We will confirm we received it, delete everything we hold about you, including records of ads the app created for you, within 30 days, and email you when it is done.

For an email request, use the subject line above and identify the account you used with Fuel. For example: “Please delete the data Fuel holds about my account. I signed in using [your email address or Facebook name].” Replace the bracketed text with your own account details. This provides the identifying information requested above in a simple message.

What is not deleted

Ads the app created live in your own Meta ad account, not with us. To remove them, delete them in Meta Ads Manager. We may keep a record that a deletion request was completed, and anything the law requires us to keep.
