Fuel the Fire LLC · Last updated October 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Fuel the Fire LLC ("Fuel," "we," "us") collects, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to delete it. It applies to our websites (fpfuel.com and fuelthefirellc.com), to the apps and client portals we build and run on fpfuel.com subdomains, and to our Meta app, Fuel Ads Demo.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Your name, business name, phone number, email address, and anything else you share when you book a call, fill out a form, call, text, or email us.
  • Content you put into our apps, such as receipts, invoices, emails you forward, and the instructions you type or speak.

Sign-in with Google or Microsoft

Some of our apps let you sign in with your Google or Microsoft account. We receive your name and email address and use them only to confirm that you are allowed in and to keep you signed in. We do not receive your password.

Data from Meta (Facebook Login for Business)

If you choose to connect a Facebook account to one of our apps through our Meta app, Fuel Ads Demo, we receive the following, and only after you approve it on Meta's own permission screen:

  • Your Facebook user ID and name.
  • An access token that lets the app act on the permissions you granted.
  • The list of permissions you granted, such as managing and reading ads and listing the Pages and businesses you manage.
  • The ad accounts and Facebook Pages you manage, and the one ad account and one Page you choose to use.
  • Details of the ads you ask the app to create: campaign, ad set, ad and creative IDs, names, budgets, targeting, images, ad text, status, and the performance figures Meta reports for those ads.

We do not request or receive your posts, photos, messages, friends list, or any other part of your personal Facebook profile.

Collected automatically

Basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, used to run, secure, and improve our sites. Our apps use cookies that are needed to keep you signed in and to protect sign-in flows.

How we use information

  • To provide the services and app features you ask for, and to respond to your inquiries.
  • To schedule, confirm, and remind you about appointments.
  • To operate, secure, and improve our websites and apps.

How we use Meta data

We use data from Meta only to do what you ask the app to do in the ad account you connected: create ads, show them to you, start or pause them, and report how they are performing. New ads are created paused, and an ad starts spending only when you turn it on. We do not use Meta data for any other purpose. We do not sell it, use it for advertising to you, combine it with data from other sources to build profiles, or share it with anyone except the service providers listed below who help us run the app.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us deliver our services, only as needed for them to do so, or when the law requires it. These include:

  • Hosting: DigitalOcean.
  • Email delivery: Resend.
  • Phone, voice, and text messaging: Retell AI and Twilio.
  • AI processing: Anthropic. When you type or speak a request in one of our apps, the text of that request and the details needed to carry it out (for an ad, such as the connected account's currency and the Page name) are sent to Anthropic's API to plan the response. Anthropic processes it on our behalf and does not use it to train its models.
  • Sign-in: Google and Microsoft.
  • Meta, when you connect a Facebook account and ask the app to act in your ad account.

How we protect information

All of our sites and apps use HTTPS. Meta access tokens are encrypted before they are stored, and they are never shown in a web page, written to a log, or sent to your browser. Access to stored data is limited to Fuel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

How long we keep information

  • Meta connection: until you disconnect it or ask us to delete it. Disconnecting removes the app's permissions at Meta and deletes your access token and your lists of ad accounts and Pages from our systems right away.
  • Records of ads the app created for you: until you ask us to delete them. The ads themselves live in your Meta ad account, where you control them.
  • Everything else: only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.

How to delete your data

Anyone who uses our websites or apps can ask us to delete their data. You can do it any of these ways:

  1. In the app, choose Disconnect on the Meta connection. This removes the app's permissions and deletes your access token and account lists immediately.
  2. On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find Fuel Ads Demo, and choose Remove.
  3. Email contact@fuelthefirellc.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and the email address or Facebook name you used. We will confirm your request and delete your data, including records of ads the app created, within 30 days, and tell you when it is done.

Full instructions are on our data deletion page. You can also ask us for a copy of your information or ask us to correct it at the same address.

SMS and text messaging

By providing your phone number, or by texting our number, you agree to receive text messages from Fuel the Fire LLC related to your inquiry and appointments, including scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and replies to your questions.

  • Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. You can also email contact@fuelthefirellc.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing.

Children's privacy

Our websites and apps are for businesses and adults and are not directed to anyone under 18.
