Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites at fpfuel.com and fuelthefirellc.com, the apps and client portals we run on fpfuel.com subdomains, our Meta app Fuel Ads Demo, and the related booking, contact, and messaging features (together, the "Services"). The Services are operated by Fuel the Fire LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company ("Fuel," "we," "us," "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Who we are and what we do

Fuel builds and runs AI-powered software for small businesses, including phone answering, booking, bookkeeping, follow-up email, and advertising tools. Paying clients are also covered by a separate services agreement, which governs the paid service itself.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use the Services, book an appointment, or opt in to text messages from us. By using the Services, you confirm that you are.

Using the Services

  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes, and do not misuse, disrupt, or try to gain unauthorized access to them.
  • Give accurate information, and keep your contact details current.
  • You are responsible for activity under your sign-in.

Connected accounts and advertising

Some apps let you connect accounts you hold elsewhere, such as Google, Microsoft, or Meta. When you connect a Meta account and ask the app to create or change ads:

  • You authorize the app to act in the ad account and Page you choose, only as you instruct and only within the permissions you granted.
  • New ads are created paused. An ad starts spending only when you turn it on, and you can pause it at any time in the app or in Meta Ads Manager.
  • Ad spend is billed to you by Meta under your agreement with Meta. You are responsible for that spend, for the content of your ads, and for following Meta's Terms, Advertising Standards, and Commerce Policies.
  • You can disconnect at any time. See our data deletion page.

Booking and appointments

When you book a call or appointment, you authorize us to contact you to schedule, confirm, remind you about, and follow up on it using the details you provide. Booking does not require you to opt in to text messages.

SMS and text messaging program terms

By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our booking page, or by texting our number, you agree to receive text messages from Fuel the Fire LLC about your inquiry and appointments, including scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and replies to your questions.

  • Program description: appointment confirmations, reminders, and customer-care replies for people who contact or book with Fuel the Fire LLC.
  • Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
  • Message and data rates may apply. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
  • Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. You can also email contact@fuelthefirellc.com or call +1 619-943-2356.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of booking an appointment.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Intellectual property

The Services and their content, including text, graphics, logos, and the Fuel name and mark, belong to Fuel the Fire LLC. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission. Content you put into the Services stays yours.

Third-party services

The Services rely on third-party providers for hosting, telephony, messaging, sign-in, AI processing, and advertising. Their availability is outside our control, and your use of them may also be subject to their terms.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-assisted features can misunderstand or answer inaccurately, so check their work before you rely on it. They do not replace professional advice, and they must never be used for emergencies.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Fuel the Fire LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or ad spend, arising from your use of the Services.

Ending your use

You can stop using the Services and disconnect any connected account at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Services after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
